You will be able to redeem only when you have reached the amount of credits required for that particular item/thing/position/achievement you want to redeem.

All redemptions are manually processed by the team and it may take upto 48 working hours.

Redemption process is under the restriction that:

The amount of the credits required will be deducted from your balance instantly.
In some cases(due to some reasons), we may reject your redemption request and the amount of credits will be refunded into your account.
In some extreme cases(TENET Violations), we may not refund your credits into your account after rejecting your redemption request.
Some of the items present in the redemption store may be virtual and after redeeming
your credits, if you clicked on Redeem again, the balance will be deducted but the item may be in sense of achieving only once. In this case, you will be responsible for this and we may or may not refund your credits.
